Where is it located?
The Convento de São Saturnino is located
in
Azóia, the land of Cabo da Roca - the westernmost place of
Continental Europe, in Sintra, Portugal.
From the lisbon airport to azoia
Follow 2ª CIRCULAR towards SINTRA and EIXO
NORTE-SUL until the exit to A5 CASCAIS. Allways follow the signs A5 CASCAIS
and drive until reaching the end of that highway, where you should go to
the right lane to exite towards MALVEIRA DA SERRA / ALDEIA DE JUZO. When
you get to MALVEIRA, follow COLARES / CABO DA
ROCA until you get to the exit to AZÓIA.
From Azóia to the CONVENT
When you get to the exit to Azóia, follow
that way and then turn second left. Go around the windmill (bar) and
turn first left. The Convento de São Saturnino is in the valley bellow.
